The hotel is in a perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the Emirates cable car across the river to the O2 building. It is also very close to the metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of freshly prepared options. the hotel offers great facilities such as a swimming pool and gym.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience! The location is super convenient, only a three-minute walk to the train station which made it easy to get around. The staff were extremely friendly and always went above and beyond in helping me with my requests. The hotel offered a variety of amenities including a spa, indoor pool, and fitness studio that were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV, electric kettle and comfortable bedding.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, being right next to the DLR station and close to trains, making it easy to explore this amazing city. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. They were friendly, efficient, and were really nice too make my stay nice. Cleanliness was also great, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment throughout my visit.

The breakfast was excellent, with a delicious Eggs Benedict and friendly staff. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, making us feel welcome. The location was convenient for attending a concert at the O2 arena. Parking was simple, and the hotel organized taxis effectively.
Felt like it was our own home, no reason to complain.
